It's time to nominate your favorite Philanthropist in San Joaquin County. The awardees will receive this prestigious recognition, in the company of their peers, during the Community Philanthropy Summit hosted by Community Foundation of San Joaquin and Lodi Community Foundation on Thursday, November 10, 2016, Hutchins Street Square, Lodi.
The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) California Capital Chapter San Joaquin Extension will award San Joaquin Valley's individuals and organizations whose philanthropic achievements have made an impact on our society and represents philanthropy at its best in the categories of:
- Outstanding Philanthropist
- Outstanding Philanthropic Corporation
- Outstanding Volunteer Fund Raiser
Please help us identify those whom you believe exemplify the spirit of the award. Use the nomination form attached which includes the award categories and criteria and a question and answer page to assist you in nominating one or more outstanding honoree(s).
All nominations must be received on or before Friday, October 14th, 2016.
The selection committee includes AFP Board members, community members, and non-profit leadership from throughout the county. This is an exceptional opportunity to recognize the benevolent in our community who cultivate and sustain philanthropy in San Joaquin County.
